More Elections Coming...

It appears that the blocking charges for both Providence Tarzana and Olympia Medical Centers have been dismissed by the NLRB.

Those two facilities now join USC for upcoming elections to be scheduled within the next 60 days.

  1. PROUD TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH NUHW...
ITS BEEN A LONG TIME NOW FOR US HERE BEING HELD HOSTAGE.
FIRST, OUR CONTRACT WINDOW WAS NOT OPEN UNTIL SEPT. 4TH 2009.
SECOND, OUR ELECTION WAS NOT HELD WITHIN 45 DAYS OF OUR DECERT. PETITION
THIRD, SEIU SUCCESSFULLY DELAYED OUR ELECTION AND HAS KEPT US HOSTAGE SINCE JAN 27, 2009.
WE WILL HAVE OUR VOICES HEARD
    WE WILL BE EMANCIPATED SOON.
WE WILL REGAIN CONTROL OF OUR UNION SOON.
    GOODBYE SEIU...
    WISH YOU THE BEST...
BUT WE HAVE THE GOOD FIGHT TO FIGHT AND
WE HAVE TO ORGANIZE THE REST OF THE LABOR
    MOVEMENT.
    BET ON RED....

  2. Congratulations to Sissyfoot2 and co-workers. Your hostage situation by SEIU is finally resolved.

The noose is tightening around the SEIU scabs' necks. Elections are now being scheduled and the Zombies are reeling and against the ropes. Stern's grand plan is crumbling all around him and his dream of becoming the most powerful labor leader in the country is greatly diminishing.

NUHW RISING! UNITE HERE RISING! SEIU DIMINISHING!
